Shipping Policy

We ship for free in the USA with Ground Advantage USPS mail.  Expect 1 business day for an item to ship, then 2-5 business days for the post office to deliver your order.

Hose Sizes

The advertised size of a hose might not match its actual dimensions, this can lead to headaches and frustration.  This is why we have created a table showing all of the sizes we offer.  This table has the name we give the hose and the actual dimensions, so you can measure your hose before your order.

For brand name hoses (Festool, DeWalt, etc) we don't list their dimensions, but instead, if you have one of those hoses, we guarantee our adapter will fit them. Remember we provide a 365 day return policy, so you have time to test our products and see if they are a right match for your situation.

Model Numbers

Often, a single product will have multiple models numbers associated with it.  For instance a router motor may have one number, the base another, and the set you buy, yet another.

We understand this and include as many of these model numbers as we can in our keywords.  This way you can search using the model number (or partial number) and find the product you want an adapter for.

The Environment

All of our products are made from a plant-based plastic, Polylactic Acid (PLA).  This type of plastic is biodegradable under industrial composting conditions (58 °C).  Also, since PLA is only made up of carbon, oxygen, and hydrogen atoms, it can even be burned without producing chlorine-containing chemicals or heavy metals.

We also use non-petroleum based packaging material whenever possible.
